Many summers of my troubled youth were spent at Camp Susque, where, around campfires, I heard about God who is pursuing me to have a loving relationship. At Camp Susque, dancing campfire flames beneath a universe of stars and listening to counselors' and campers' stories of God are previews of Eternity. I now treasure God's increasing intimacy, and in turn, I invite others to have a deeper relationship with Him. My life and what I'm now doing to build His Kingdom is evidence of how a Camp Susque campfire keeps burning long past the next morning's charcoal remains.
